• 2003年曾赴香港大學作訪問學者,與香港大學電子商務研究所開展合作研究。


2005年開始,作為項目負責人,主持過兩項國家自然科學基金項目 “電子市場匹配模型與算法研究” (編号:60473091,2005.01-2007.12)和 “Web服務組合模型與算法 ”(編号:60673175,2007.01-2009.12),以上項目的合作研究單位是香港大學和University of Ontario Institute of Technology。

2013年開始,主持了國家自然科學基金重點項目 “基于服務組合的系統的系統軟件機理與方法” (編号:61232007,2013.01-2017.12)。

2017年開始,主持國家自然科學基金面上項目 “服務系統在線可靠性預測方法及關鍵技術研究” (編号:61672152,2017.01-2020.12)和國家重點研發計劃項目 “面向服務的群智化生态化軟件開發方法與環境” (編号:2018YFB1003800,2018.07-2021.06,經費:1766萬)。

此外,還主持和參加過國家級、省部級項目多項。通過以上項目的研究,在IEEE Transactions on Software Engineering,IEEE Transactions on Services Computing,ACM Transactions on Autonomous and Adaptive Systems,Journal of System and Software,Journal of Web Semantics,IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems,計算機學報,ICSOC,ICWS,SCC等重要期刊和重要國際會議均有論文發表。包括David Robertson等在内的多個知名研究組及IEEE TSC、TSE等著名期刊引用我們的工作。在Journal of Web Semantics發表的論文曾經23次入選該期刊 “最熱門的25篇文章” ,其中有四次列在首位。我們設計并實現了國際上第一個WS-CDL執行引擎(http://wscomposition.seu.edu.cn),這項工作引起國際萬維網組織的重視。WS-CDL執行引擎被國際上多個研究組索取、使用,包括萬維網組織WS-CDL工作組(Steve Ross-Talbot)。愛丁堡大學智能研究中心主任David Robertson在IEEE TRANS.介紹了我們在WS-CDL執行引擎上的開創性工作。

近年來,我們在基于機器學習的服務系統組合和大規模服務系統質量保障方面取得的研究成果,被國際同行跟蹤研究。




研究方向


主要研究方向為智能化軟件方法與技術、人工智能及其應用、大數據計算、雲計算、服務計算等。具體内容包括:研究深度學習、強化學習、多Agent系統等人工智能與機器學習技術如何解決智能軟件系統構建與運行過程中遇到的各種實際問題(如系統自适應、系統可靠性時間序列預測、大規模系統運行質量監控與優化等),面向大數據的個性化搜索,大數據分析與處理,雲計算資源分配與管理,雲服務發現與選擇,雲服務組合,服務組合系統優化,大規模推薦系統等。
